Is there anyone that got "Newstats" working on OpenTTD and if so is this a specific version of "Newstats" ?

Newstations is what you mean? According to plans, it's almost done and will be playable after 0.4.5, before 0.5.0

If you load up newstations in the current nightly, you get waypoints only.

Well, I don't know about 'almost done'.

I do however have working code that needs to be updated and made to work slightly differently. But I know how it all works now...

Whatever .grf file I put in the .cfg file of openTTD, the options in the game are always red and I can't turn it on or off.

Am I doing something wrong or do the .grf's not work at all in openTTD

ex:

[newgrf]

Tempsetw.grf
#Newstatsw.grf

The Tempsetw is always red, you tell me how to turn it to green then.

Ignore the colour, as long as its there, its enabled, however im not totally sure on the compatability of the newgrfs your using.

tempsetw should work fine, I used it a long time as well.

no idea why it doesn't work. you did start a new game to try it?
