As krtaylor already pointed out, there´s actually no way to fix the bogies onto track. Instead, each vehicle is positioned with regards to a single "centerpoint" - be it midpoint or endpoint or something else.

I'm not exactly sure how many different phases of corner the new system allows. If possible, you could use the same graphic with a different offset so it appears to move around the corner better.

I think so. You'd have carriages that bend in the middle tho. A bit weird-looking in curves or hilly lines
