New Region from TTD?

I was wondering, is it possible to make the old toyland from TTD available in Loco? I always found that place interesting and fun when I was bored or half asleep.

is it possible to be done and if so could or would anyone do it?

yes i think that is possible
A LOT of moddling yes
but wouldnt be half bad

The landscape tiles would be easy to remake, but the buildings would take A LOT more time.

Not to mention the vehicles..

I think it would be cool to have it back, since we have all the other old regions in the game except that, plus Loco already has the silly name option.

I hope someone could do this, sure maybe not next week or month but one day at least.

Also I was wondering, I've got these steam train trams that run on the tram tracks and I was wondering would it be possible to get it to carry other things aside from just passengers or would that not be possible due to the tram only having passenger stops? but would it be hard to make a tram station?
