Monorail & Meglev Construction Grayed out

Are these two systems not available in OTTD. I set the start year for 1999. At 2002 still no monorail. How would I go about enabling them?
No help with manual that I could fine.

Have you got any new graphics?
That was the problem when I had similar troubles.

Iam using OTTD 0.4.1 and Night Build r3224. Using anyof the night builds for Nov. I cant get these systems. I an using winXP OS. Just started using OTTD in the month of Nov. Switched from TTDPatch and could get these systems when running TTDPatch.

I don't think that there are any monorails in the US set and that'll be why you can't build any.

Your are right - My old mine is for ever forgeting thinks. Mom always said "if my head wasnt glued on I would forget it." So will go w/DBSETW.grf.

Removed US Set - Can only get the Maglev construction. Then I tryed dbsetxl.grf. still can only get Maglev. Swirched grfs all around but still can only get Maglev. Removed debset.grf, dbsetxl.grf, cargoset.grf -- now I can get the Monorail and the Maglev construction rails. What grfs train sets allow for all three rail constructions. Thanks for any advise.
