Does it depend on the planespeed setting?

Nope. I checked all five settings. (off, 1..4)

This bug was introduced sometime between a60 and a61.

I'm not sure which switch causes it, but it doesn't happen with -a- -2, so here's a config file.

To get a good answer, ask a Smart Question. Similarly, if you want a bug fixed, write a Useful Bug Report. No TTDPatch crashlog? Then follow directions.

Looks very sharp! I'd like to see it integrated into the main GRF.

Yes, banner probably could use anybody but please ask for permission Pnaky or me.
Banner was made by Snix, using some CZ graphics sets for TTDPatch.
Sorry for OT

Buses were made by Greyfur, but they are still not yet fully coded and there isn't official release.

there are two buses on that site, but they are not the busses from the banner. Who made buses from the banner?
If the coding is the only problem with busses - send them to mee, I'll code them

don't you find 1.1 Mb is too much for a signature? Please cut it to 50Kb max.

Maybe using some simple check when giving destinations to the airplane? I think there is something similar used when setting route for ships - if a buoy is too far, then the program will tell you, that it cannot approve that waypoint. But I do not know, if it is possible to turn this numer to a variable set by grf files...
