Can't see the new wagons on monorail/maglev

Hi, my first post here, I have a problem (I think), I have the win version of ttd and the 1.9.1. alpha 21 version of ttd patch, everything is working great, but the new wagons (container, car transporter...etc) don't appear in my monorail/maglev depot, I searched in the board for something about it but I found nothing also saw the manual and nothing.

Can anyone please tell me what am I doing wrong?

The container, car transporter etc. don't come available for at least a year (you'll get the blue pop-up, do you want to test... blah, when it available). Are you sure your waiting that long? just use the sign cheat cht: year 2000 and you get all (or most) of the wagons.

There is no cargoset for monorail yet, I have the same problem. Try to upgrade to the latest alpha btw.
