Please if you have to ask for something, then put the name of what you want in the topic-name.
If everybody only writes "request", this section becomes a mash.
Edit: Thanks

Okay your resident IRT Train Operator to the rescue (I hope). Herewith in what I hope is the proper format for what NYCTBA is requesting. Bear in mind that I have changed some of the specifications, such as design year, obsolete, capacity and speed so that they fit more realistically into the game. Here goes:
Name: IRT Lo-Voltage subway car
Speed: 45 MPH
Weight: 38 tons
Horsepower: 400
Design Year: 1915
Obsolete:1955
Capacity: 100 passengers
MSTS Model: IRT Lo-V Railcars
Name: IRT R-22 subway car
Speed: 50 MPH
Weight: 38 tons
Horsepower: 400
Design Year: 1950
Obsolete:1985
Capacity: 100 passengers
MSTS Model: IRT R-22 Silver Railcars
Name: IRT R-36 subway car
Speed: 55 MPH
Weight: 38 tons
Horsepower: 460
Design Year: 1975
Obsolete: (indefinite)
Capacity: 100 passengers
MSTS Model: IRT R-36 Railcars
And my request is:
Name: CTA 2600 series el car
Speed: 65 MPH
Weight: 38 tons
Horsepower: 460
Design Year: 1980
Obsolete: (indefinite)
Capacity: 100 passengers
MSTS Model: Chicago Elevated 2600 series trainset
Name: IRT Lo-Voltage subway car
Speed: 45 MPH
Weight: 38 tons
Horsepower: 400
Design Year: 1915
Obsolete:1955
Capacity: 100 passengers
MSTS Model: IRT Lo-V Railcars

I know when these cars came and left the system. I've been operating them for the past 25 years. As I stated in the request, I did adjust some of the specs so as to have the railcars spread more evenly through the game. For instance, the R-22 cars were only built in 1957-8, and the R-36 cars in 1964. But I adjusted the dates to allow them to be built IN THE GAME over a longer period of time, and I kept the R-36 cars in the game indefinitely since there are no R-62 or R-142 models to succeed them.tydev417 wrote:Those specs are right but all of the Redbirds (R33/36) were gone as of 2004.
