My HQ won't build

On the company screen it says "Build HQ" when i click it the tiles to put the HQ down are not there

I can't build it

I tried removehq it told me it was sucessful but the HQ won't build still

Im running the very lastest patch (alpha 61) and i'll attach a savegame soon

It's only 3 threads down.

It's a bug in the subsidiaries features. For now, turn that off if you're not using it.
