Memory Protection problems

Abnormal program termination: Memory protection fault
CS:EIP = 000Fh:000EC6F5h
Result: [Error!]

This is what comes up at start up in dos prompt on win98 could someone please help i cant give any crash reports and ill give the cfgs if there the problems

Delete ttdload.ovl and try again.
