Train refuses to pass 'Green' Light!

ok, he's the problem, a very odd one i might add.
I have a train, that Literally, doesnt want to pass the green light nless i tell it to ignore the signal.
Its green, but it thinks its red. Even if it was red, there would be no reason for it to be as theres nothing stopping it te other side. Because of this, all the other trains are now jammed up by this one 'dumb' train as i call it.
Screen shot shows what i mean. The bottom left ICE stuck at a green light. And no, pause isnt on, and it isnt set to 'Stop' before i get any stupid comments.

make sure it's not a PBS signal by accident (trains won't pass PSB signals with another signal just one square after them)

demolishing the tile, the train reverses. Getting rid of the signal... train goes normally.
