problems with alpha 22 patch

I downloaded that alpha 22, i usually don't play alpha versions. But this time i just couldn't wait for the new 1.9.1 version

I just downloaded it, and i hope i don't have to remove my saves...

Hmm, just noticed, that there isn't a manual for 1.9.1 alpha 22 in TTDPatch site. Is it true or am i just blind?

Manual is the same, just follow the new instruction for the switches.

I didn't find those new graphics options from patches manual 1.9

Look like i'm really hopeless, where can i find new switches? I know only newships and newtrains.

Nothing anymore. I found those command lines.

But why there isn't a readme.txt in all of those newgrf zips? Only arctic set and cargo set have it.

I meant the switches in config file. For the new graphics you have to put the switches on. But, with the first run of patch, the switches are usually set correctly. What you need to do is to set up new folder in you TTD directory. Then copy all the new graphics files to that folder. Also, you will find new text file in TTD directory named newgrf.txt. With most the new grf files came the same newgrf.txt file. Copy the context to file sitting in main TTD directory. Have only 1 file!

Ok, now i got a problem...

When i set the newtrains option on, i won't get those new engines on temperate climate, why? I tried to see those new engines with a cheat but they didn't appear to the depot menu.

If you need some infos to tell what's wrong. I can gladly tell.

I just came with the name, has nothing to do with Finland. And I'm from Czech republic, remember how many times our hockey team beat "Suomi" team? But hey, this was long long time ago, if you young, this is just history for you. Right now I do not have any ideas or news about Europe. US news are terrible.

Hmm, i still haven't fixed that problem... Maybe i just should wait for 1.9.1 manual. Thanks anyway for helping Jan, i'll still try to fix that. I won't give up so easily.
