What to do when 2 of my vehicles are stuck like this:

Stop one of them and let the other one turn around/goto depot/goto next stop until it dissolves. Usually takes a while though.

Then delete them with the appropriate cheat.

Seriously, reading through it at least once gives you a better sence of what is possible.
