my town gets smaller
at the start of the game the city had a pop of 25,000
now it only has 10,000
there are many buses serviceing the city , a massive 8 platform train station takeing passengers in & out. Also pumping in goods.
And an airport.
so why is the pop droping?

A city limit is supposed to be within the circle of trees if I remember correctly. Make sure you have 5 stations within this circle, and that these stations are serviced often enough (I don't remeber how often exactly, but a few times a month should be ok).
If you do this you town might grow again. (not really sure about all this, but I doesn't hurt trying does it?)

Think you will find that your train station is on the centre tile of the town (the tile directly under the town name), this will cause the town to stop growing and shrink. I had the same problem in a multiplayer game with Thief^ he built an international airport in the middle of a town and a short while later the whole town started to disappear, moved the airport off the centre tile and it started to come back.
