Is there a way i can replace non electric railways with, electric ones all in one go, or do i have replace it manually?

Yes.
To get a good answer, ask a Smart Question. Similarly, if you want a bug fixed, write a Useful Bug Report. No TTDPatch crashlog? Then follow directions.
