[REQ] map

hey all,
i saw a map on here somewhere but i cant find it now,

it had aload of cities on the outside which were about 300,000-600,000 population each and it had gaps init where you can build train tracks and made spaces so u can build airports.

anyone know where this map is and was it for loco or TTD?
