How can I see what's coming up?

I thought I read somewhere that there's a list somewhere where you can see what new features and fixes are coming up in the next versions, where can I find it?

Well there is quite out of data roadmap on the wiki, but the best way to see what is coming up is to code it yourself. :P Also eventually I expect quite a few of the patches in the integrated nightly to make it into the tree....
