At first: i have the win version, the latest TTD Patch (version 20), and just installed the cargo set (which is super).
But now my extra signs, which can be set with Ctrl are gone, at least the pics, because the function does work well, they just aren't visuable.
How can I fix this???

OK I'm still haveing trouble with this, I've got alpha 20 installed... I'm sure of that
I've got the "newgrf/presigw.grf" inside my newgrfw.txt file, and I've got the grf file inside the newgrf folder... but the graphics still don't work
What am I doing wrong... also after they didn't work I also tryed installing the alpha 1.9 version of the signals but they don't work either... I really didn't expect them to though...

I'm not sure, but maybe you have to set it on from ttdconfig.cfg file?

Do you mean:
presignals on
extpresignals on
and this line in the newgrf.txt file:
newgrf/presigw.grf
presigw.grf is 4885 bytes
Well, back to work, lot's of it in the near future

Have you tried putting presigw as first line ?

In the screenshot, there are two entries for pcgoodw.grf, which could easily cause TTDPatch to run out of memory. If it does, it simply stops loading new graphics (no error messages). This means that everything from a certain point on in the newgrf.txt file won't work.
Apart from this, the order in the file is irrelevant.
I'm working on dynamically allocating more memory for the sprites as needed, though.

Haha, neither did I... It's because there's two of those pcgoodw.grf files, one in the Cargo set the other in the... ships, I think
Joseph, why do have two of them? Because I just copied and pasted from the .txt file.
