There is a kind of 3D Railroad Tycoon under construction by Boris Games.
As far as I can see it is no real 3D but a tilebased game with 3D view - but
it looks very impressive.

The first picture looks like RRT2 with a Micromachines look.It looks impressive, indeedly...are they maybe inspired by "Commando's"?
