Ah sarcasm - how helpfull. Instead you could try pointing out that:

1. Transport Tycoon can now be legally obtained as part of the Tycoon
Collection, and thus, at this time, a warez distribution would be
inappropriate.

2. Understand that just because I love transport Tycoon so much is why I
_will_ make it available if ever it goes off the shelves again.

If you havn't tried it, go to subspace.warstrike.com, get a warez copy of
subspace and have fun in a game in that as ttdlx was in the past, and may
again be in the future, unavailable on the shelves. The only people keeping
subspace alive are its fans, and they have no choice but to distribute a
"warez" version of the game.

Even warez is noble if done for the right reasons.

But at the moment, it isn't. As you say, it is now legally obtainable. Warez
can go away once more.
