Chris Becke recently asked about the TT midis. I downloaded a program that
you can write MIDI's with, and then gave up, but one thing has came out of
it; I opened the TT midis, and the section where it is meant to say
instruments, has instead the details of the authors. They seem to be "The
Dark Men" with an email address of thedark...@hotmail.com
Whether it still works or not, its worth a try. Chris, why don't you email
them and ask them how they did it?
There are some very groovy riffs in the TTDLX title theme! Playing each
instrument solo is very interesting.
Hope this helps Chris.

Re: TT Midis.
The TTDLX midis I have say that they were 'ripped' by the Dark Men.
According to the manual the music was written by John Broomhall; he wasn't
asked back for Rollercoaster Tycoon, while Simon Foster created graphics
for both the TT games and RCT.
Many thanks,
