Hi

I was just wondering if you could get a patch to upgrade to the windows
version of ttdlx because I have brought Transport Tycoon and Transport
Tycoon Deluxe and do not want to have to pay more money for basically the
same game. I was just wondering if any one knew where you could get the
upgrade?

Sorry mate, but as far as I know, there isn't. I would love to get my hands
on one though. I bought TTDLX back in July 1999, and I had been playing TTO
for years before hand. Recently I learned of the Tycoon Collection, and a
couple of people have been "showing off " saying they can work it in
windows with no problems at all. Maybe any registered users in the UK could
get a discount on buying it. I think I'm already a registered user with Civ
2, but not with TT. I wonder.....

It wouldn't surprise me if pretty soon it was out on "warez." Having already
paid for the game, I would see no problem in downloading what I see as a
"patch." However, the uploader would more than likely do the whole game,
rather than an upgrade.

It probably hasn't helped, but here it was anyway!
