Get rid of some of that daft spam

Post by N.L.Allan »

I just set up a message rule in OE5 that is 'If title contains words penis
then delete it. It certainly cleared a lot from the viewable stuff on the
newsgroup, making things look clearer. I'm going to have a go and see what
other keywords I can pick out for message rules.

Anyone else got a (good) idea.

As far as I can tell there has only been one post recently with that word in
it. And I didn't even get it.
You could try the words 'Largest Selection of Computer Games' and that'll
get rid of all them ridiculous posts on computer games.

No, every day I get about five of them in each alt.* group I'm reading...
verrrry annoying, especially since their web administrator refuses to
take down the site, apparently.
