What are you having problems on? Have you got the Deluxe version, or the

I have the standard version. Every time I try to do anything, I always end
up going bankrupt. Also, I'm very impatient and I would like to know what
else this game has to offer ( like what kinds of trains are there?)

You won't need any. Just build a track from a coal mine to the power station
(not the closest always, you should get a distance of at least some 50
tiles). Then a train running it, and there you go! You will get the money to
build another one. After some coal runs, you have enough money to play
around a little.

Use the options dialogue box on the startup screen
to change the amount of competitors to zero and
increase the initial maximum loan. There is no
way you should be able to go bankrupt now

I'd advise you to completely forget about cheats. You'll end up ruining the
game completely. I downloaded a 'patch' which just nearly ruined the game
for me.

I downloaded a 'patch' which just nearly ruined the game for me.
Was that Josefs patch?

There are some games I just want to have a quick play on - have a nice
simple relaxing setup, while others I'll play it properly (and
frustratingly!! waiting for a train to make another £1.20 so I can lay
another bit of track...)
The patch is so flexible it can help when needed, rather than ruin a
game.....you just need to be disciplined!!!!

Yes it was.

There are some games I just want to have a quick play on - have a nice

I try to, but I can't help it. You just need to know what's around the
corner.
Although I like some of the features, I feel that you are just naturally
curious, and it tends to ruin the game.
