letter to microprose

The following was sent several days ago, I
take it from your lack of response that you
will not help, or do not care.
Hasbro, micropose, and beyond.com
are now on my do not buy from list.

Dear sir or madam,
I have bought TopGun Hornets Nest from Beyond.com
I tried it on two computers that exceeded min req's.
I sent it back and they sent another one , with
same problem.
I have now tried it on three computers that exceed min
req's.
THE PROBLEM:
game will not start in auto load, or start run etc, or
by opening the folder my computer and trying to
view contents of drive for install.exe.
i have used computers for years and can usually
figure out snafu's etc.
Both games I received were packaged and shrink wrapped.
The only thing I can see is there is either a problem in the
software or in the manufacture.
The Computers I have tried it on are:
A P233 w/96 mgs ram win95
Cyrix 333 w/64mgs win98
AMD 350 w/128 mgs win95
All have plenty of hard drive space.

Can you help?
( All Beyond.com will do is send
me the same game again, which I wouldn't mind if
it would just work.)
