hey guyz call me dumb woteva but how fo i get new graphics to work for open ttd always enjoyed playing the original and neva thougth bout getting open till now but can i bugger get graphics to work and i aint donna f**k it up on my 1st attempt help would def be appreciated

cheers like i said am new to using open ttd and not only played it as the basic package haven't downlaoded any grf's or anything for it yet as dont wanna install wrong 1 and crash the game

how do i open the cfg file it says i need a programme to do get into the thing but when i do a search it comes back with things that have nowt to do with graphics or a programme i need anything to help pleaseeeeeeeeeeeee i'm begging (sad ) oh and sorry for using the F word

use notepad/wordpad

However, if opening a simple text-file and modifying it is too difficult for you, sticking with the original graphics might be a better option.

Please write in proper english language since it's hard to encode your slang-american-english language

All you need to do is to put downloaded .grf files in your OpenTTD\data directory.
Then, go back to OpenTTD\ and modify "openttd.cfg" file in the notepad.
Insert lines with new graphics names, as written in the FAQ
