Cannot fund industries in a49

Constructing new industries always fails for me in a49, with the message:

Cannot build industry here...
... site unsuitable

The same applies for prospecting for new industries; except that it's the "prospecting failed" message instead. I've blown 50,000,000 pounds prospecting for new industries, with no success.

This happens even if I remove newgrfw.cfg.

I could not reproduce this bug by using your ttdpatch.cfg and starting new games, so I have no idea.

BTW, moreindustriesperclimate and newindustries don't play nicely together, please disable one of them.

Had I done a little more research, I would have figured out that TTD apparently gives that error message when the 70-industry limit has been reached.

Destroying an existing industry will enable one new industry to be built.

It's not likely to happen. Increasing the number of industries is superficially similar to morevehicles, but it would not (IMO) be as useful. Raising the number to 256 might be relatively do-able, but not past that. Maybe, if we manage to come up with 30+ (limit is 37) different industry types for each climate, we can bug the devs to raise the limit, but until then, I don't see much point. Currently we have about 12 industry types per climate.

Oh, and it's 70 *towns*. The industry limit is 90.

you can also demolish industry (especialy secondary one) you do not use so you have more free slots avabile
