Trains not moving with realistic accel

Some of my trains can't start if they stop in front of a signal, i've noticed it only happens with trains that consist of 1 engine and 12 empty livestock vans.
It only happens with the newer engines, like electric.
I've included the savegame and config.

No newgrfs, only PBS, but it happens with plain OTTD too.
To get the trains moving i disable the realistic accel for a brief moment.

(watch train12, it's comming towards a signal where it will stop)
