Just tell my what you think of the pictures i made, if you think its a good idea, i will make it for ALL my mods and for all industries (but without farm, forest and livestock)

yes.. it would be fun to have stuff on the water, but we will lose A LOT of time with ships taking ages to move, and with a limit of space.
The realy big ship in the off-topic page would be nice to have if this was to happen.

510 tons of freight are possible for a ship
but max. 155 km/h if i remember right are possible for a ship to dont get the ship stuck in a never ending turning cycle

this mod could prove interesting. if there was some way to place towns on the water also then some very interesting maps could well be produced.

you need one piece of land per house thats the problem, but see it from another point, cities dont grow much beause the water is in the way hehehehe

doesnt work, even if you place 200 waypoints ( i tested it some minutes ago) ;-(
max. is 105 mph and 150 khm to asure safe transport ways without interuptions!

Normaly when I build docks, I have two to three next to each other, so that I can have more then one ship docking.

ok, i´ll do it hehe
probably end of the week you can download it from my new download page where you can also download everything i made in pieces AND packages so you can choose want version you would like ;-) also with robot rail cars which have a reability and a new RRCar GOLD with a Bank.

that's because when it goes faster it needs to sail in bigger curves if you place 2 waypoints close to eachoter in a curve, the ship will go nuts, you will need a lot of space to place 2 good waypoints for a super fast ship. (I tried it with a 300mph ship and it worked but it can be a puzzle to place the waypoints right. :wink:

im still working on them because the grain doesnt really grow on just water hehehe
(not all people have enough time to do everything at once hehehe)

Well, to be honest I don't really want to use these industries. :P I'm working on deciphering the industry .xml files and was wondering how you are creating them.

Do you set "bit_8" to 1?

well, i really like the idea of industries on water, cause i never use ships, dont know why. anyhoo, with the water silo thingys on the water, why dont you use the oil rig look but change it to a more of a aqua look?
