[Fixed] - Train stuck on slope

Post by mic006fr »

In the attached savegame, I have a train that get stuck on top of slope.
It's a SH 40 with 15 wagons full of grain.
Does it weigh too much ? The SH40 is very powerful, and can handle it, no ?
I can do nothing after that, the only way to go is crash another train in it :(
I use realistic acceleration and nightly 050308 (Linux).

Well, if I turn off realistic acceleration, my train start without any problem.
But a fix must be found, my train at full load can reach max speed quite easily, but gets stuck on a slope (and there are a slope uphill AND one downhill, so that makes like no slope in physics, no ?).

Code: Select all

train: XXXXXXXXXXX
             _____
ground: ____/ \______

Well it would be nice if you could say which train it was. I suspect the one where the game opens but that is livestock and not 15 cars.

It does however seem to work, so I am marking it as such. If it doesn't work you can reply here.
