problem of aircraft in hangar

I have been having a problem in the game which i hope you could help me with. I apologise if it is documented but i have checked the manuals and couldnt find any reference to the problem myself.

My problem is that at one specific airport, my aircraft just goes into the hangar and doesnt come out until you either tell it to skip that particular airport or you delete that airport from its route. It cant be a problem with a big plane small airport as the aircraft goes to other small airports but just not this one.

I would be ecstatic if you could help me and i can then sort out my passenger problems, this airport has 600 passengers waiting!!!!
