Where have all the diesels gone?

HI ,@ all!
While playing the latest nitelies I had to learn : no more normal engines after 2020, just levis!
I can't even buy new diesels, having just sold my old ones!
What is this?
I WANTS MY DIESELS BACK!
What can i do???

In the patches settings, vehicles tab, never expire vehicles should be enabled.

But i fear, i haven't made clear enough what i actually wanted to know. S RRY!
Playing tropical climate it isn't that bad that those diesels seem to vanish, the tragic is that no electric engines are coming up after 2020!
No more steam-horses, no e-trains, of course no diesels: all that's left are some levis....

If you turn on the patch setting only available engines will not expire. All that have expired are gone forever... unless

you go into the console and type: "resetengines"

thx darkvater, but still there's one problem left: there are no electric trains in tropical climate scenery. Not at the beginning, nor in the middle and even not at end...
Do i use the wrong grf-set

erm... nope AFAIK the game has no e-trains in artic climate same goes for desert climate.

well, can't help you any further, or you should make your own trains and stuff.

you can use newgrf sets to get more trains. Arcticset for the arctic for example.
