No wagons for BR110 and BR103

I'm using Alpha 46 and DBset xl from February 14. When you buy a BR110 or a BR103 you can't add any wagons. Even long distance wagons won't be added and revoked just like short distance wagons with the same error message.

Known bug, I believe. A new fixed version is supposed to be out soon.
