Nice little scenario. Many thanks. I like challenges like this.

Narrow gauge 1900 trains. 7 ton capacity on chemical wagons, 10 tons on minerals. 25mph top speed. Move 50,000 Goods on a small island dominated by a high rocky centre.

I decided in the light of your comments that you didnt quite approve of tunnels through the rock. Well I didnt tunnel...but I dont think you will approve of how I did it either. Used just one end of the island and stretched the factory stations over a big area so the trains had routes without curves. The two goods trains never moved an inch as the station they loaded at both supplied and demanded goods. :D My main challenge was getting the town to grow to accept goods especially with so many rails right next to the town centre.

Thanks again for the scenario.

One of the pylons was in the way...so I went under it.
