Refitting doesn't refit

In a45 I find that the refitting doesn't go very smoothly, at least for trains. It appears not to work except when the game is paused. Also, oddly, when you click on the Refit button, you do get the Refit window, but it's the Ignore Signal button that gets graphically depressed. This wasn't a problem previously, it must have just gotten broken.

Ive noticed it doing it since A43 I think.... definatly pre-A45.

Also, since A44 Ive been having a problem on occasion when a train wont refit, but if you delete it and rebuild it it will. Its usually livestock that wont refit.

For me, refitting always works if you go through the procedure with the game paused. It sometimes works, but usually not, if you do it when the game is running.
