Can't find network card on laptop

I was trying to play the game with my girlfriend. She has a dell lattitude runnning win xp with both a wireless and an ethernet card. When starting a multiplayer game (that is when clicking multiplayer from the main menu) the following message comes up:
"Network interfaces is not yet fully operational, not working items have been disbaled"

The connection type in the next widow is disabled so my conclusion is that TTD does not know abourt her networking cards. I've tried to disable one connection at the time, but it does not help. The cards both work fine, and they respond to pings from my computer.

Is this a known problem?

You are running an old version of OpenTTD on the laptop, most likely 0.3.4. Network isn't fully working until 0.3.5. Please download 0.3.5 and it should work perfect.
