How to install the "LocoTool Wrapper 0.15" ??

I had been try many time to install the "LocoTool Wrapper 0.15",
when I execute the setup , it alway tell me the message like this "cannot find the source file 'D:\tools\@it_wrapper_README.txt' to install but the file it_wrapper_README.txt is already in the D:\tools\.So I don't know how to solve this probram.I Hope somebody can help me,thanks very much.

Run setup.exe

Checked and double checked (again) and no problems found.

Thanks,but when I run setup.exe it always tell me a error message like this "Path or File not found" and when I press the button of ok it always tell me a setup message like this "'D:\tools\@it_wrapper_README.txt' ...
I don't know what's wrong?

Sorry, I cannot replicate the problem. It almost looks like your OS can't handle long file names. What Windows version are you on?
