nighty builds r713b (20-11-2004)
I have the following grf files in my config file.
[newgrf]
0 = dbsetxlw.grf
1 = newshipsw.grf
2 = newstatsw.grf
3 = euroadstw.grf
Now in the latest nighty builds, there are no trains, only wagons.
I deleted all grf files, except the dbsetxlw.grf.
[newgrf]
0 = dbsetxlw.grf
but the problem exists.
Also the train window doesn't look right. (see picture)

Hmm. i think i can give more info. The trains are in the game, and they are actually on the list, however they don't show up on the list (graphically).
if you look at my earlier screenshots you see that the depots don't show any engines. however if you click where the engines would be (i.e. the top slot which is showing the passenger train), you will get up information for the engine!
If you click buy, the engine will be purchased and will appear as normal in the depot.
So the bug is purely a graphical one.
Also, my build of 24th nov is dated 2004 - 11 - 20 (on the intro menu)?! r713b = the revision number.

I have same problem!
I have same problem, like Moriarty.. just grafically problem.. Today it wil be reapired?
Thanx
(i have build 800)

My english is bad, i know, sorry!
Het schijnt dat de nightly build tijdens het optimalizeren van de code de variabele dat ervoor zorgt dat de treinen getekend worden zeg maar, wegoptimalizeert. Ik zal pasky daarvoor optrommelen want het was zijn "fout"
Oops, for all non-dutch speaking persons I mean:
It seems that the release optimizing compiler (VS.NET) optimizes away a variable that is needed to draw the trains. I will contact pasky about it, since it is his "fault" this bug got introduced. The reason this wasn't noticed is that gcc doesn't produce this, and neither does the debug build which I use to check for bugs.

Heh, somebody forgot to translate into English
This problem happens with newgrf sets enabled and disabled both.
(edited cause Darkvater was faster with his edit)

It has the same cause. If anybody wants to build trains, remember what parameters it had when you last saw it and click in some blank position. This way you can buy itWolf01 wrote:also in r800b still this "bug", when you scroll down the build window the wagons appear, when you scroll up the wagons disappear
