TTDPatch 2.0rev1 Crash to Windows

I am having a problem where my game crashes on may 13, 2039. The game crashes to windows, but I can not find a crash log anywhere on my system. It just closes the game. I do notice that there is an empty file called "files.tmp" created right before it crashes but I don't know if that has anything to do with this or not.

I also just recently ran into the max vehicle message so I just recently changed the maxvehicle setting to a 2 from 1.

I have attached the saved game and the config.

Patch I am using is version 2.0.7.80.

Just noticed the likely culprit. There is a plane in the upper left hand corner of the map that goes off the screen right when the game crashes. I am going to load the game earlier and try to take over the company responsible before it gets to this point. Worth a try.

Going to leave this here as a bug in case it helps in fixing the original problem.
