try this, in this order:
- delete ttdpttxt.dat (be sure it is .DAT file that you deleted and do not run mkpttxt.exe)
and if the first one not help:
- get newest TTDPatch: http://www.ttdpatch.net/src
- delete ttdload[w].ovl
- rename/delete ttdpatch.cfg
- rename/delete newgrf[w].cfg
- delete ttdpttxt.dat (be sure it is .DAT file that you deleted and do not run mkpttxt.exe)
