Problem with signals

Post by DrFitz »

Have encounterd a problem, signals turning/staying red without reason. When i've forced the trains to go by then they work again.

This with the latest alpha, anyone stumbled on this?

Okay, don't know why it doesn't work, but the files are there, let's try this instead...

I've got more pictures, but i think you get the idea anyway.

Well, it's hard to see in a picture if it's moving or not, but it's standing still and the signal is red for - as you can see - no reason.

Is it just that one signal that's the problem? Use the info tool and see what it says, maybe it's a presignal that doesn't show its graphics properly...

It's not the only signal, it happens randomly all over the map.

I've got a theory that it might be when i speed up the game using "e".

But i'm not sure, but it seemed that it happen more often then. But i'll have to try it out more before i can be certain.

Please read the second sentence in my above post.

And no, it can't be related to the game speed.
