Can't get onto OpenTTD

Can't get onto OpenTTD

When I run TTDopen, I get a message the says
*(See attachment)*

After selecting *OK*

I get 2 messages like the ones in this post (screens 1 and 3, not the one you have to download.)http://www.tt-forums.net/viewtopic.php?t=9747

Plz help!

you need some files from WIN TTD to run it
learn to read :!: and search :!:
