City shrinks!

I once had a big city, and the big city got a big railstation with 10+ total lines arriving. Despite the number of passengers arriving is higher then the one of "produced" passengers and despite the city recives good, it shrinked from 4000+ citicens to about 1400.

whats wrong there? can u help me?

probably you set towngrowth switches diffirently (or just set them) ....

but i didnt change anything!
what can i do? should i change something in the ttdxc for example?

I had never have a problem with that.. And I'm using Custom Mode in Town Growth Rate Mode..

but custom is custom and you have avariety of options in this mode. so custom is not equal to custom...
