I think the nameservers for dumle.org have stopped responding, which appears to be the nameservers openttd.com uses (and hence svn.openttd.com)

I also cannot access openttd.com in any shape or form. Google caches seem to work so I don't think the actual site is down but for some reason I can't see it.
If someone could post what IP http://www.openttd.com and svn.openttd.com resolves to that would be splendid.

Unfortunately the whole website is down. It will remain so until it is fixed.
There are no new nightlies because there is no SVN repository working. But because it is not working, new features, and bugfixes cannot be added, so the last nightly of 29th of July is the latest and most recent one.
We are working hard to get it to work again, so please be patient.
The downtime is still not wasted. Albeit nothing can be added to the repository, work is still being done. It looks like this has helped the OpenTTD manual come along, since activities there have skyrocketed http://openttd.rulez.org/wiki-new/tiki-index.php
