no wood accepted from the forrest and other sources

Hello,

If i try to build a truck depot near a forrest or oil or a other source for a factory it wont accept any goods.. but if i build one near the for example sawmill it will accept wood. Can anyone tell me what the problem is.

These are the goods streams in TTD :

iron ore -------> smelter, makes steel -------> factory makes goods -----> city
grain -----> factory, makes goods -----> city
livestock -----> factory, makes goods -----> city
oil -----> refinery, makes goods -----> city
bank -----> bank (valuables)
passengers and mail from city to city

i know that people but when i try to build a truck depot or a railway station next to for example a oil rig it wont accept any oil it says but if i build it next to a oil refinery it will accept the oil...


can anyone help me with this

That's what I said : you have to transport oil from the oilwells or oilrig to the refinery.
This makes you earn money.
The refinnery produces goods out of the oil, which you then transport to the city.
This makes you earn money again.
So the oilwells, oilrigs produce oil which you then bring to thr refinnery which produces goods out of the oil you delivered there.
Those goods you then can bring to the city.
Mind you that any of those comodities only show up on your stations if you send a truck or a train to pick them up.

NL praten is misschien makkelijker....

Het probleem is dus dan ik wel een truck depot kan maken naast een olieveld maar er komt dan geen olie bij dat depot... hij geeft aan dat het depot geen goederen kan ontvangen. Maar als ik nast de refinery bouw dan kan ik wel olie ontvangen. Maar kan er dus niks heen brengen omdat bij de olievelden geen goederen in de truck depots komen.

Hoe kan dit??

Zoals ik al gezegd heb, moet je eerst een vrachtwagen (olietanker) naar dat truckstation sturen, dan pas zal er ook olie beschikbaar komen.
Dit heeft te maken met de selectgoods switch.

Een station in de buurt van een producerende industrie zal nooit via accepts vermeld worden, alleen dat wat dit station van een voertuig zal accepteren.
