Why not use http://www.onlineconversion.com/ instead... Always reachable, no need to download..

this program can convert more than you can even imagine... real nice program I use it for school and a lot of other things...

With this tool you can calculate what alcohol you can drink when you have to drive. Unfortunately it's in Dutch. And you need excel I believe.
