Whats happened??

I tryed to open TTDXC and I recieved somesort of error, I pressed Ok, and now this happened:

1. Make sure you have the latest TTDXC version from the site at my signature.
2. Make sure you have installed the Components package from the site at my signature.
3. Restart Windows and retry to run ttdxc.exe
