That looks like a badly coded grf file to me. What vehicle set are you using? Have you modified anything?

You (or something) must have been fiddling with one of your grf files.
Try reinstalling TTD's graphics (copy trg1[r].grf and all the other grfs with similar names off the CD) and the patch graphics (even if you think they're up-to-date) because some file is incorrect somewhere.

I also have problems with some trucks, they are one pixel shorter or what...But I don't buy them
