Alpha 26 isn't runing

I have downloaded ttd patch 2.01 alpha 26 for windows i extracted it to my TTD folder and runned mkpttxt.exe and when i try to run ttdpatch.exe game switches into fullscreen and then after a few seconds the game closes before it loads
