New TTD/TTDPatch icons

New TTD/TTDPatch icons

Initially I was going to create a single icon to use inside TTDXC, but I have decided to create several versions and release them here.

I'd really like to see one of those in future TTDPatch version, but that depends on the patch team opinion. The 16 coulor version (under windows 95) does not look bad after all.
