Nice! When you finally get this done it's definitely going to be used by me.

aarrraaagh. /me starts drooling indefinitely

Looks really, really good andrex. Have you thought of making these graphics available for OpenTTD?

I cannot wait though until you're done!

Where are the graphics from?
Do you have permission to use them?

Good questions indeed.

But I like them, though this game is looking less TTD as time passes.

Yup, it's like TT is becoming more open source by the day. It's only a matter of time until someone cracks the limits and we are left with a free-reign.

From SC3k.
And I don't have such permission, that's why I am not releasing this set. It is for private use only.

However I have released the transmitter, since it is 100% created and Copyright (C) 2004 by Andrés Zsögön.

So much better than the current transmitter (I use original TTD one ATM)... That is talent for you!

Yeah, I like this one too. It's not too tall in-game like some of the new ones that have been designed. Keep up the GREAT work.

Andrex, once you've completed your work, would there be a way in which we can NOT ;) get this set that we should NOT ;) use? ;) ;)

Sheesh, you guys read good don't you. He CAN'T share the set, or he risks legal action, and thats ALL BAD. How do we know who is anyone here? I could be a 30yr old axe-murdering circus freak who works for EA games, who is eager to hunt down people misusing graphics.

BTW, I'm not really 30 ;).

Why not just send an email now, to Maxis, and see what they say. I mean, if they say no, it stays private, if not, public use.

If it's for private personal use, then don't post the graphics here, and annoy is with that. You know that as soon as you release those pictures people will want them for their own personal use. It is just not right to show teaser pictures and then deny them :(

Darkvater, I think while yes, he's tempting us with pictures is mean, but what if gets ok from Maxis. Also, he is making a graphic set, and would like to maybe impress people with his skills.

Like I said in the previous post, maybe he can email them and ask.

Actually I don't mind him posting the pictures here, as he IS sharing what he is doing.

I enjoy seeing how the graphics fit into TT. I probably wouldn't use them even if they were released, because I like the original TT buildings (although I have downloaded things like the regional office (I love it so much!), and the new cinema (ditto).)

I hope Andrex keeps sharing what he does with us, as it lets us enjoy them. Who cares if we don't get to play with them! The current graphics are good, some think Andrex's modifications are better (I like them, but am not sure if I like them more than TT graphics), and we can enjoy looking at them...

Also, I will be downloading that transmitter, when I get time :))
